CLASS hysteroscopy: WHERE HYSTEROSCOPY MEETS ULTRASOUND

In the last years, integration between Hysteroscopic Surgery and Ultrasounds has become 

fundamental. Gynaecologists performing endoscopic surgery should be able to perform 

gynecological ultrasound to diagnose benign and malignant diseases and also to guide 

some careful procedures. 

The course aims to provide the necessary knowledge and practical skills to treat simple and 

complex pathologies under ultrasonographic guidance. The programme consists of 

theoretical lessons, clinical cases from CLASS Hysteroscopy Center and 

hands-on-training sessions according to the ESGE GESEA Program, using transvaginal 

simulators, ultrasound machines, hysteroscopic trainers (wet and dry lab, GESEA HYSTT 1 

and 2 exercises).
